of die design. |
| It is important since die face quality strongly relates to die structure
design quality. Essential feature of die face design is creation of die face shape with enough
evaluation from press forming severity point of view. When evaluated result is not satisfactory
for the designer, die face shape should be modified. Threfore, this is a typical trial and
error design. In order to support this fundamental requirement of die face design, support
system should provide easy to use and good performance modeling functions and enough evaluation
functions, and hopefully parametric functions. |
